Seneca's Office Administration – Health Services (MES) program is designed to equip students with specialized, practical, and hands-on training necessary for a successful career in various healthcare settings. This program emphasizes the development of essential skills such as written communication, medical terminology, and proficiency in specialized software. The Office Administration – Health Services program is structured to be completed in 3 semesters (12 months). This diploma program offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes:

  • Online and flexible delivery options
  • Hands-on training in medical office procedures
  • Field placement opportunities for practical experience
  • Alternative Medical Office Simulation course for those who prefer not to participate in field placement

Students are required to achieve a keyboarding speed of 50 words per minute to graduate. The program is designed to ensure that students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in a healthcare environment, preparing them for various roles in the industry.
