10. Student Commitment Clause
Applicants and sponsored students using LOA Portal agree to the following terms:
- Students must complete at least one academic year at the applied and accepted school upon arrival in Canada.
- LOA Portal reserves the right to initiate legal action against students who withdraw before completing one academic year of the applied program or institution.
- If a program or school becomes unsuitable, LOA Portal will make reasonable efforts to assist the student in transferring to another partnered institution within our network.
- These conditions exist to ensure that all participants are genuinely intending to study in Canada under the terms of their visa and sponsorship.
- Students found to have entered Canada under false pretenses or for purposes other than education may be subject to legal actions and disqualification from LOA Portal programs.
11. Operating Entities
LOA Portal operates under the following legal trading names and entities:
- In Canada, LOA Portal trades as LOA Portal Inc.
- In Vietnam, LOA Portal trades as Great Canada Consulting Ltd.
References in these Terms to “LOA Portal”, “we”, “us”, or “our” include the applicable legal entity operating in the relevant jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.
