Program structure

The Office Administration – Health Services program is a 2-year full-time diploma program delivered in person. The program structure includes:

  • Hands-on learning opportunities through a fourth semester field placement within the local medical community.
  • Courses covering essential topics such as medical ethics, human anatomy, and patient relations.
  • Introduction to health information management concepts and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Students are also required to bring their own device (BYOD) that meets the technology requirements for the program, ensuring they are prepared for in-class, online, and hybrid learning activities.
