Program overview
The Double Degree - Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology & Bachelor of Education - Intermediate/Senior program at Lakehead University is designed for students who aspire to combine their passion for health sciences with a career in education. Program structure
The program is structured as a six-year course of study, which includes a combination of required courses in Kinesiology, Biology, English, Chemistry, and Education. The program is divided into several stages:

- Second Year: Continuation of Kinesiology studies along with Biology and Education courses.

- Fifth and Sixth Years: Completion of the 2-Year Professional Program in Concurrent Education.
Students are required to maintain a minimum cumulative average of B (70%) in Kinesiology courses and a 65% overall average to graduate. Additionally, students must select two teachable subjects, with Health and Physical Education being the first subject for Kinesiology students.
