Our Online Culinary Skills is a one-year certificate designed to give you a solid culinary foundation from wherever you are. This program, created specifically for online learning by our top culinary professionals, brings the kitchen to you, focusing on essential skills, local Ontario ingredients, and the art of seasonal cooking.
In this flexible program, you’ll join weekly live classes and engaging online activities led by the same chefs who teach our on-campus courses. If you’re unable to attend a live session, no problem—each session is recorded so you can catch up at your convenience. Through expertly filmed video demonstrations, you’ll follow along with recipes and techniques straight from our in-person labs, making it feel like you’re right there in the kitchen learning from our talented team of chefs.
By the end of the program, you’ll also earn key industry certifications, including Smart Serve, Safe Food Handlers, and CPR, which will make you job-ready and well-equipped for the culinary world. Join us and turn your passion for cooking into a rewarding career.
