Program Overview

The Asian Culinary Arts program at Vancouver Community College (VCC) is perfect for food enthusiasts who want to master the art of Asian cuisine. Designed for both beginners and those with some cooking experience, this program provides hands-on training in preparing authentic dishes from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and other regions of Asia.
