The Baking Skills (Online) program is structured to be completed in 1 year over 2 semesters. This online format allows students to engage in regular online activities and attend live virtual classes, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. Students will need to purchase specific small wares and tools before each semester to complete practical exercises and assignments.
