Humber’s Sport Business Management graduate certificate program is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in the sport industry. This program emphasizes management within the broader context of sports, focusing on various aspects such as sport marketing, sales, sponsorship, and event planning. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian sport industry, along with practical business and human resources skills. Program Structure

The Sport Business Management program spans over 3 semesters, providing a robust framework for students to develop their expertise in the sport sector. The program is available in various formats, including:

  • In-Person Classes
  • Online Asynchronous Courses
  • Online Synchronous Courses
  • Hybrid Courses

Additionally, the program offers an Online Option for students who prefer flexibility in their learning. Students will engage in a combination of theoretical and practical learning experiences, including:

  • Field Experience: Two components, with a minimum of 210 hours in the winter semester and a minimum of six weeks in the summer semester.
  • Optional Co-operative Education: Students can gain paid work experience in their field of study.
