Program overview

The Business – International Business program at Seneca is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to thrive in the global business environment. This advanced diploma program focuses on various aspects of international business, including trade, finance, and marketing. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how businesses operate on a global scale, preparing them for a successful career in the international marketplace. The curriculum integrates practical experiences and theoretical knowledge, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of the industry.

Program structure

This program is structured to provide a robust educational experience over a duration of 6 semesters (3 years). The key features of the program structure include:

  • Hybrid delivery format, combining online and in-person learning.
  • Capstone project in the final year, allowing students to demonstrate their skills with an industry partner.
  • Optional co-op work term, providing hands-on experience in the field.
  • Flexible learning options to accommodate various student needs.

Students can start the program in January, May, or September, with availability subject to change. The program is also PGWP-eligible, allowing international students to work in Canada after graduation.
