Program Overview

The Business – Human Resources program at Centennial College is designed to equip students with essential skills for a successful career in human resources management. This program offers an Ontario College Diploma and spans a duration of two years (four semesters). Students will gain a solid foundation in general business knowledge, which is crucial for understanding the role of human resources in organizational success. The curriculum focuses on various HR functional areas, including recruitment, compensation, and health and safety. Additionally, the program provides an optional co-op opportunity, allowing students to gain practical experience in the field.
