Humber’s Business Administration – Accounting advanced diploma program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of accounting theory, procedures, and best practices. The curriculum covers essential topics such as bookkeeping, auditing, taxation, business law, data analytics, information systems, finance, and management. Students will gain practical experience using industry-standard software, including Profile, Access, Excel, PowerBI, SAGE 50 Accounting, and Sage 300 ERP. The program emphasizes hands-on training from industry-connected faculty, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their careers. Additionally, students will develop broad-based business skills, including human resource administration, business writing, macroeconomics, and finance. Support is readily available through the Humber Accounting Centre, which assists students with their academic needs.

Program Structure

The Business Administration - Accounting program is structured over a period of 6 semesters. The program offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring students are well-equipped for the workforce. Key features of the program structure include:
