The Tourism – Travel Operations (TTO) program is an eight-month certificate course designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge for entry-level positions in the tourism and travel industry. Throughout the program, students will learn to effectively promote tourism and travel products, enhance customer experiences, and explore significant global tourism attractions and destinations. This program emphasizes the development of strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and an understanding of the industry's needs, including business management and technology.

Program structure

The Tourism – Travel Operations program is structured to be completed in 2 semesters (8 months). It is offered in a hybrid delivery format, combining both online and in-person learning experiences. Key features of the program structure include:

  • Hybrid Delivery: Some courses are available online while others require in-person attendance.
  • Flexible Learning: Students can choose to attend classes in person or participate online, depending on the course format.
  • In-Person Requirements: Certain coursework must be completed on campus, especially for international students applying for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).

This program is available for Canadian and international applicants, with specific start dates in January, May, and September. However, availability may change, and a seat is not guaranteed.
