Program Overview

The Business Administration – Human Resources program (B154) is a three-year advanced diploma designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of human resources management. This program emphasizes the importance of effective people management in today’s dynamic business environment. With a focus on real-world applications, students will gain valuable skills that will enable them to make a significant impact in their future HR careers. The program includes two semesters of work experience, providing students with practical exposure to the field, enhancing their employability and readiness for the workforce.

Program Structure

The Business Administration – Human Resources program is structured as follows:

  • Program Length: 3 years (6 semesters of in-class learning and 2 semesters of work experience)
  • Method of Study: Full-time
  • Starting Months: January and September
  • Location: St. James Campus
  • Experiential Learning: Work Experience (Co-op or Internship) is required

This program is part of the Centre for Business and the School of Human Resources. Students who wish to pursue the program without work experience can apply to the Business Administration – Human Resources (B144) program instead.
