The Human Resources Management (Optional Co-op) Graduate Certificate at Conestoga College is designed to equip graduates with the essential skills needed to thrive as human resource professionals. This one-year program focuses on developing competencies in managing an organization's most valuable asset—its people. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and employment law. The program aligns with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework, preparing students for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations.
