Program Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (0965) is designed to equip graduates with the essential skills needed to thrive as human resource professionals. This program emphasizes the importance of managing an organization's most valuable asset: its people. With a focus on the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework, students will gain the knowledge necessary to meet the academic requirements for HRPA designation. The program also offers an optional co-op stream, allowing students to gain practical experience in the field.
