Program overview

The Civil Engineering Technology (CVT) program at Seneca is designed for those aspiring to engage in the design and creation of the built environment. This three-year advanced diploma program covers essential principles of highway, municipal, and building design, along with surveying and geotechniques. Students will gain hands-on experience in materials testing and learn to utilize various software packages, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D. By the end of the program, students will have developed the skills necessary to work independently and collaboratively on capstone projects and technical reports, showcasing their comprehensive learning journey.
