The Honours Bachelor of Science – Nursing program at Sheridan College is designed to be forward-thinking, student-centered, and hands-on. This innovative degree reimagines nursing education by emphasizing the essential roles of both Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) within the healthcare system. The Honours Bachelor of Science – Nursing program spans a 4-year duration and is located at the Davis Campus in Brampton. The program is structured to provide a comprehensive education that includes:

  • Nearly 1,600 hours of real-world experience through clinical placements.
  • Two consolidation preceptored placements after the fourth and eighth semesters.
  • Hands-on training in nursing labs equipped with high-fidelity mannequins and UbiSim virtual simulation software.
  • Opportunities to earn valuable certificates in areas such as communication, crisis prevention, and mental fitness throughout the program.
