Program Overview

The Business Administration Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resource Management & Leadership is designed to equip students with a solid foundation in leadership. This program prepares students for the strategic roles that HR professionals play in influencing and leading organizational performance. With a focus on applied learning experiences rooted in Human Resources principles, students will gain the necessary skills to thrive in the dynamic field of human resource management.

Program Structure

The program is structured to be completed in four years and offers both full-time and part-time study options. Here are some key features of the program:

  • Start dates available in September, January, or May.
  • Co-op and internship opportunities to gain practical experience.
  • Flexible pathways allowing progression from certificate to diploma to degree.
  • Evening and daytime classes predominantly held at the Interurban campus.

Students can exit the program at various stages with a Business Administration certificate or diploma, depending on their progress. The program consists of 40 courses, which can be completed in approximately four years if taken on a full-time basis.
