Program Overview

The Business - Management and Entrepreneurship Ontario College Diploma program is a two-year course designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills for a successful career in management or ownership of small to medium-sized enterprises. This program emphasizes business trends, entrepreneurial mindset development, and innovation in a digital economy. Students will explore their creativity and strategic thinking through hands-on projects tailored to their interests, learning how to develop business ideas, create business models, and manage resources effectively.

 

Program Structure

The Business - Management and Entrepreneurship program spans a total of two years and is structured as follows:

  • Students complete Levels 01 and 02 in Year One.
  • A mandatory one-semester break follows Year One.
  • Levels 03 and 04 are completed in Year Two.

This program also offers a paid co-operative education (co-op) work term, providing students with real-world experience. However, co-op placements are subject to availability and academic eligibility, and admission to the co-op program does not guarantee a placement.
