Program overview

The Business - Management and Entrepreneurship Ontario College Diploma program is a two-year course designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills for a successful career in management or ownership of small to medium-sized enterprises. This program emphasizes business trends, entrepreneurial mindset development, and innovation in a digital economy. Students will cultivate creativity, strategic thinking, and originality, enabling them to start and run their own businesses. Through hands-on projects tailored to individual interests, students will learn to develop business ideas, create business models, conduct market research, manage resources, and launch their ventures.

Program structure

The Business - Management and Entrepreneurship program spans a total of two years, divided into four levels. Students will complete Levels 01 and 02 in the first year, followed by a mandatory one-semester break, and then proceed to Levels 03 and 04 in the second year. The program offers a co-operative education (co-op) option, allowing students to gain real-world experience through a paid work term, subject to availability and academic eligibility.
