Academic Requirements

The Honours Bachelor of Information Technology Design and Management (BDM) program has specific Academic Requirements that applicants must meet to be considered for enrollment. Below are the key requirements:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or a mature applicant status, including six Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 65%.
Required courses with a minimum final grade of 65% in each:
- English: Grade 12 ENG4U
- Mathematics: any Grade 12 U

For international students, additional information may be required based on your home country. It is important to note that all international applicants must meet Seneca’s Language Requirements. Additional documents or assessments may be required upon request.

Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.

Although not required for admission, it is strongly recommended that applicants have Grade 12 Mathematics of Data Management (MDM4U). Additionally, courses in English, communications, and computer studies are recommended for success in the program.
