Program Overview

The Master of Administrative Studies (MAS) program, with a focus on Global Leadership and Administration, is designed to equip students with essential administrative, leadership, and decision-making skills. This program is accredited by the International Institute for Administrative Sciences and emphasizes practical application alongside theoretical knowledge. Starting from September 2025, the program will officially be known as the Master of Administrative Studies, reflecting its comprehensive curriculum and outcomes. Students can begin their studies at three different entry points throughout the year: September, January, and May, making it flexible for various schedules.

Program Structure

The Master of Administrative Studies program is structured to be completed in two years with a total of 30 credits. However, students have the option to accelerate their studies through trimester terms, allowing them to complete the program in as little as four consecutive trimesters. Key features of the program structure include:

  • Small class sizes to enhance learning and interaction.
  • Classes offered at varying times to accommodate different schedules.
  • Five specializations available to meet global professional needs, including:
    • Computer Security and Forensic Administration
    • Global Health and Human Services Administration
    • Global Leadership and Administration
    • Global Technology Administration
    • Human Resources Administration

This program is approved by the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, ensuring it meets high-quality standards. Graduates will be eligible for the Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), allowing them to gain valuable work experience in Canada after completing their studies.

For admission to FDU master’s programs:

  • IELTS 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0 is acceptable.
  • Students may need to take a few English courses as part of their main program.
  • Statement of Purpose, résumé/portfolio, and recommendation letters are optional.
