The Construction Techniques program at Conestoga College is designed for those looking to enter the trades. Program structure

The Construction Techniques program is structured to provide a comprehensive introduction to multiple trades over a period of one year, divided into two academic terms. The program is delivered in person at the Cambridge – Reuter Dr. campus and consists of:

  • Four different trades: welding, HVAC, plumbing, and masonry.
  • Seven-week blocks dedicated to each trade, allowing for focused learning and skill development.
  • Hands-on training in a dedicated Skilled Trades Campus.
