The Forensic Investigation: Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity Bachelor of Technology program equips students with the skills to extract digital evidence and investigate cyber-related crimes. This program combines technical expertise, investigative skills, and legal knowledge, essential for tackling computer crimes. Students will learn to present findings in court as expert witnesses, honing their problem-solving abilities and expanding their understanding of legal frameworks. Program structure
The Forensic Investigation program offers both full-time and part-time study options, allowing flexibility for students. The program structure includes:
- Full-time: Two years, with two intakes per year (January and September).
- Part-time: Up to seven years to complete, with three intakes (January, April, and September).
- Delivery is blended, combining on-campus and online learning.
- Classes are held Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for full-time students.
- Part-time students attend classes during evenings and weekends.
Students will engage in a cohort model, fostering collaboration and networking among peers throughout the program. The curriculum is designed to provide hands-on experience through labs and projects, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for careers in digital forensics and cybersecurity.
