Program Eligibility

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including these required courses:

One English, Grade 12 (ENG4C or ENG4U)

plus

One Math Grade 12 (C* or U) or Math Grade 11 Functions (MCR3U) or Functions and Applications (MCF3M) (*Applicants presenting with Math MAP4C require a minimum 70%)

Language Requirements

All applicants to Sheridan must demonstrate English-language proficiency. This requirement applies to all students whose first language is not English. There are several ways to demonstrate your English proficiency:

Successful completion of Sheridan’s ESL program.
Previous secondary or postsecondary experience in English.
Achieving the minimum requirements of an English-language proficiency test.

For those who choose to take an English-language proficiency test, Sheridan recognizes the following tests and their minimum scores:
