Welcome to the Dual Degree program at Nipissing University, where you can earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology alongside a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree. Program Structure

The Dual Degree program at Nipissing University is structured to provide a comprehensive educational experience over a 6-year period. The program includes:

  • Completion of an honours undergraduate degree in your chosen discipline, paired with a Bachelor of Education degree.
  • A total of 19 weeks of practicum experience, allowing you to apply your learning in real-world settings.
  • 60 hours of Community Leadership Experience (CLE) to enhance your practical skills and community engagement.
  • Options to specialize in various divisions, including Primary/Junior (J/K to Grade 6), Junior/Intermediate (Grades 4 to 10), and Intermediate/Senior (Grades 7 to 12).
