Program structure

The Electrical Engineering Technician - Power program is structured to provide comprehensive training over a two-year period, consisting of two academic years (periods of 8 months each). For those opting for the co-op stream, an additional year of co-op experience is included, allowing students to gain practical, on-the-job training.

  • Fast Track option allows completion of the program in 16 months for non-co-op students
  • Integrated technician-apprenticeship program may grant credit towards the Industrial Electrician (442A) apprenticeship
