Program overview
Enhance your business acumen with ILAC International College's Service Excellence for Business program. This course is designed to unlock the secrets to outstanding customer service while equipping students with essential Canadian workplace skills. The program covers various topics, including sales, human resources, leadership, hospitality, and event planning. It has been approved by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. Students will earn a Canadian Diploma and gain valuable work experience in Canada, making them well-prepared for a successful career in customer service.
Program structure
The Service Excellence for Business program is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience over a 1 Year Diploma with Co-op. The program includes:
- 24 weeks of in-class instruction
- 4 weeks of break
- 24 weeks of co-op work experience
This program also offers a 6 Month Certificate option, which consists of:
- 24 weeks in class
- 2 weeks for a final project
Students can expect to attend classes Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, along with an additional 5 hours of online components per week. The co-op component allows students to practice their customer service skills in real-world settings, enhancing their resumes and professional networks. Co-op Advisors are available to support students in finding suitable placements.
