Academic Requirements

For the Double Degree program in Bachelor of Science - Kinesiology & Bachelor of Business Administration - Political Science (Optional Co-op), the following academic requirements must be met:

Manitoba: Must complete five courses including one of Comprehensive Focus 40S, Literary Focus 40S, or Transactional Focus 40S, and three additional courses from a specified list.
New Brunswick: Must complete five courses including one of English 121 or English 122, and three additional courses from a specified list.
Newfoundland & Labrador: Must complete five courses including English 3201 and three additional courses from a specified list.
Northwest Territories: Must complete five courses including English Language Arts 30-1 and three additional courses from a specified list.
Nova Scotia: Must complete five courses including one of English 12 (Academic) or English 12 (Advanced), and three additional courses from a specified list.
Nunavut: Must complete five courses including English Language Arts 30-1 and three additional courses from a specified list.
Ontario: Must complete five courses including one of English (ENG4U) and three additional courses from a specified list.

Language Requirements

The English Language Proficiency (ELP) requirement applies to all applicants to undergraduate programs, including the Double Degree - Bachelor Of Science - Kinesiology & Bachelor Of Business Administration - Political Science (Optional Co-op). Proficiency in English may be demonstrated through any of the following means:

- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) with a minimum total score of 86, with a minimum score of 20 in each section.
- Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test with a minimum overall score of 6.5, and a minimum 6.0 in each band.
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic score with a minimum overall score of 61, with a minimum score of 60 in each part.
- Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) assessment with a minimum overall score of 70, with a minimum score of 60 in each component.
- Duolingo with a minimum overall score of 120, with a minimum score of 110 in each subscore.
