Program Overview

The Master of Actuarial Science (M.Act.Sc) program at the University of Windsor is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the actuarial field. This program encompasses a variety of interrelated subjects, including probability, mathematics, statistics, finance, and economics. It prepares students for the professional exams necessary to become an actuary in North America, with accreditation recognized in many other regions worldwide. Students will have the opportunity to study and live in Canada for approximately 16 months, completing a total of 12 courses that cover actuarial mathematics as required for the Society of Actuaries (SOA) professional exams.
