The minimum Academic Requirements for high school students include:

An overall average of 70% in Grade 12.
No grade below 65% in each of the required subjects.

It is important to note that admissions to limited enrolment programs, such as this one, is competitive. Meeting the minimum average does not guarantee admission.

Students who are currently in Grade 12 and applying for early admission must have the program requirements completed in Grade 11 and be registered in the program prerequisites in Grade 12 to be eligible for an early offer. Otherwise, offers will be made after receipt of the final first term Grade 12 transcript.

Oxford ELLT Digital: 7 overall with no band lower than 6.

In certain cases, students may not be required to provide proof of English language proficiency if they meet specific criteria, such as having studied for the last two years in an English-speaking high school or university, or if they have achieved a minimum 70% average in Grade 12 English through the Nova Scotia International Students Program (NSISP).

If an applicant's test scores fall below the minimum requirement but they meet other admission criteria, they may be offered admission into the English for Academic Purposes program, which allows them to improve their English skills while being conditionally admitted to a bachelor’s degree program.
