Program Overview

George Brown College's Sound Design & Production program is a one-year postgraduate certificate designed to meet the growing demand for sound designers in the mobile entertainment and gaming industry. This program immerses students in the art of sound creation for film, television, and games, following established industry workflows. Students will develop the skills necessary to craft captivating audio experiences, working collaboratively with peers from other media programs to create sound for various projects, including short films and animations.

The Sound Design & Production program is structured as follows:
