The Graphic Design – Digital Media program is designed for those who think outside the box and want to explore their creativity. In this program, you will collaborate with professional designers and gain real-world experience while working on projects that matter. You will have the opportunity to work with a non-profit agency as a design consultant, where you will create logos, brand strategies, and design creative assets for local organizations, contributing positively to the community. This program offers an advanced diploma, allowing you to complete a three-year program in just two years, making it one of the few two-year Graphic Design advanced diploma programs available in Ontario.

Program structure

The Graphic Design – Digital Media program is structured to provide a comprehensive education in design over a two-year period. The program includes:

  • Small studio classes for personalized learning with professional designers.
  • Access to studios equipped with the latest hardware and software.

  • Automatic student membership to RGD (Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario), which includes free admission to Design Algoma meetings and webinars.
