Academic Requirements

To apply for the Graduate Certificate in Computer Applications Development at Conestoga College, applicants must meet the following requirements:

A three-year advanced diploma or a degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience in a business setting.
An overall average grade of B or above (as assessed by country, to Ontario standards) in the above-mentioned academic programs.
Applicants who do not meet the post-secondary education requirements but have 3 to 5 years of professional or management experience in a business environment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such candidates must provide references and a portfolio of their work and will be subject to an interview process.

Note: If your transcripts are from outside of Canada, you will need to obtain a comprehensive course-by-course credential evaluation. You can use an approved provider of credential evaluation services such as ICAS or WES. Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.
