Program overview

The Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology - Renewable Energy program is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required in today's high-tech applications. This program places you at the forefront of technology, focusing on both hardware and software aspects. Students will develop strong analytical skills and learn to apply them to various electronic circuits and systems. With a particular emphasis on renewable energy solutions, graduates will be prepared to tackle a wide array of challenges in the electronics industry, making this program a gateway to numerous career opportunities.

Program structure

The Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology - Renewable Energy program is structured to be completed in 2.5 years, delivered over five semesters. The program is offered on a full-time basis, starting in September and concluding at the end of April. Students have the option to participate in paid co-op or internship work terms, although the decision can be made later in the first year. The program is rigorous, requiring approximately 30 hours of class time per week, along with an additional 15-20 hours of study outside the classroom.
