The Master of Education in Adult Education and Human Resource Development program at the University of Regina is designed to prepare graduates for specialized roles in organizations focused on training and development, as well as adult training institutions. This program equips students with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of today’s rapidly evolving social, technological, and political landscapes. Program structure

The Master of Education in Adult Education and Human Resource Development program offers a program length of 1-2 years and is available through the Faculty of Education at the University of Regina. The program is structured as follows:

  • Course-based master's program consisting of 10 courses.
  • Flexible course load options, allowing domestic students to register part-time while maintaining full-time employment.
  • Availability of blended (hybrid) and fully-online course options.
  • Access to research opportunities (thesis) or experiential learning opportunities (project or capstone course).

Students who hold a Saskatchewan Professional “A” Teachers Certificate and an approved bachelor’s degree may be eligible to use the Master of Education degree for reclassification with their respective board of education.
