Academic Requirements

For students interested in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Co-op program, here are the key Academic Requirements:

Minimum GPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 (4.0 scale) is required for admission.
International Students:
- For students from Vietnam, a minimum average of 7.0 in Grade 12 (only academic courses are taken into average calculation) is required.
- English language proficiency test results are normally required for direct admission to undergraduate studies. However, students in the CBSE curriculum are exempted from providing English Language Proficiency test.
- For the Bachelor of Business Administration, students from the Commerce stream in Vietnam are exempt from having Mathematics as a required course for admission.
Application and Document Requirements:
- Use OUAC 105 or Trent direct application.
- Submit a secondary school in-progress or final transcript, which must include Grade 12, 1st term results.
- Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.
- Should you receive an admission offer and decide to enroll at Trent University, a final secondary school transcript and Graduation Diploma must be provided as soon as they become available.

The Duolingo English Test: 115 (Note: Duolingo is not accepted by the School of Graduate Studies at Trent, and is only applicable for Undergraduate applications.)
CAEL | CAEL On-line: 60.
Cambridge B2 First, C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency (Certificate of Advanced English): 176, with no sub-score below 169.
Pearson PTE Academic In-person & Online: 59.
Trent Academic ESL Program: Academic English II with 75% in all courses.
