Program Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management is designed to equip students with essential skills in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This program prepares graduates to lead HR strategies across various industries, ensuring they are well-versed in managing an organization’s most valuable asset—its people. With a hands-on approach and a curriculum tailored to meet industry needs, students will develop both strategic and practical insights into effective human resource management.

Program Structure

The BBA in Human Resource Management is structured to be completed in 4 years of full-time study. The program includes:

  • Common foundational courses in the first year to provide core business knowledge.
  • Required courses in Human Resource Management in the second, third, and fourth years.
  • Elective courses from Level 3 and Level 4, which may include a BBA Capstone project.

Students have the option to participate in a co-op program, allowing them to gain valuable hands-on experience in real workplaces over three semesters. The program also offers flexible course delivery options, including in-person, online, and hybrid formats, to accommodate various schedules.
