Program Overview

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Administration is designed for individuals who have already completed a bachelor's degree and wish to enhance their business acumen. This program equips students with essential skills in various business disciplines, preparing them for advanced roles in the corporate world. With a focus on practical applications and theoretical knowledge, students will engage in a comprehensive curriculum that fosters critical thinking and effective decision-making. Graduates will emerge with a solid foundation in business principles, ready to tackle the challenges of today's dynamic business environment.

 

Program Structure

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Administration requires students to complete a total of 60 credits to graduate. The program is structured as follows:

  • Core Requirements: Students must complete a series of core courses that cover fundamental business concepts.
  • Area of Concentration: Students will focus on specific areas within business to deepen their expertise.
  • Electives: Students can choose from a variety of electives to tailor their education to their interests.

Additionally, students have the option to participate in a Co-op Internship during their studies. This internship lasts for a minimum of 12 weeks (minimum 420 hours) and provides valuable Canadian work experience. To be eligible, students must have completed 24 credits with a minimum average of 70% and must apply by the end of their first academic year. It is important to note that students cannot take courses during the Co-op Internship.

  • Work Placement: Students must complete a work placement course (ADMN 3403) as part of the Co-op Internship.
