The Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) Degree through the College Partnership Program at Nipissing University offers a unique opportunity for graduates of select Ontario colleges. This program allows students with a 3-year advanced diploma in business, a 2-year diploma in business, or a 2-year Esports diploma to fast-track their education. Students can complete their Bachelor of Commerce degree in as little as 12 months while remaining in their communities and taking classes at partner college campuses. The program is predominantly online, which may affect international students' eligibility for a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).

Program structure

The Bachelor of Commerce program is designed to accommodate students who have previously completed college diplomas. Here are some key features of the program structure:

  • Program Length: Students can complete the Bachelor of Commerce (4-year) degree in 16 months or the Bachelor of Commerce (3-year) degree in 12 months.
  • Students will apply to the Bachelor of Commerce (4-year) degree, with an option to switch to the 3-year degree by submitting a program change request.
  • The program is offered in a combination of delivery methods, including traditional in-class, blended, synchronous online, and fully online formats.
  • There are 3 full semesters per year (Fall, Winter, Spring/Summer), allowing students to take a maximum of 5 courses per semester.
  • Students have the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time study options.
