Program Overview

The Broadcasting – Radio, Television and Film (Radio and TV Presentation) program at Niagara College is designed for those who are passionate about news, music, sports, and storytelling. This program offers students a comprehensive understanding of the radio, television, and film industries, providing hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for a dynamic career in broadcasting. Students will engage in various aspects of media production, including music, talk, and news radio, as well as electronic news gathering and in-studio hosting. The program is delivered at the Welland campus and culminates in an Advanced Diploma credential.

Program Structure

The Broadcasting – Radio, Television and Film program spans a 3-year period, allowing students to immerse themselves in the world of media production. The program structure includes:
