The Computer Information Systems Administration (CISA) program at BCIT is a comprehensive two-year diploma designed to equip students with essential skills in the administration and configuration of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. Academic Requirements

To apply for the Computer Information Systems Administration diploma program, applicants must meet the following entrance requirements:

Math: One of the following:
- Pre-Calculus 11 (60%) or
- Foundations of Math 11 (67%) or
- Workplace Math 11 (73%) or
- Other acceptable BC and Yukon courses.

International applicants: This program is available to international applicants. A valid BCIT study permit is required prior to starting the program.

Students are responsible for meeting all Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) PGWP eligibility requirements. Final PGWP approval is at the discretion of IRCC.

Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.

Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) Test - 70 overall band score with no component below 60
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - Overall score 6.5 with no band less than 5.5
Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) - Overall score 60 with no skill score less than 60
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) - Overall score 86 with no section score less than 20
