Program overview
The two-year Business - Management and Entrepreneurship Ontario College Diploma program equips students with essential knowledge and skills for a successful career in management or ownership of small to medium-sized enterprises. This program emphasizes business trends, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, and innovation within a digital economy. Students are encouraged to explore their creativity and strategic thinking while developing the necessary skills to launch and manage a small business. Hands-on projects tailored to individual interests allow students to create and refine a start-up idea throughout the program, culminating in team-based projects such as developing an online store and presenting a comprehensive business plan.
Program structure
The Business - Management and Entrepreneurship program spans a total of two years, divided into four levels. Students complete Levels 01 and 02 in the first year, followed by a mandatory one-semester break, and then proceed to Levels 03 and 04 in the second year.
