Academic Requirements

To be considered for the Master of Arts in Religious Studies with a specialization in Medieval and Renaissance Studies, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree with honours in Religious Studies or an equivalent qualification with at least second-class standing.
For those without an honours degree in Religious Studies, admission to a qualifying year may be granted. This year includes a minimum of five courses that cover the requirements typically found in the honours program at the University of Ottawa.
