Academic Requirements

To apply for the Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Geology (OUU) program at the University of Ottawa, international students, particularly those from Vietnam, must meet specific Academic Requirements. Here are the key points to consider:

Applicants must have received or be in the process of receiving their Senior High School Certificate - Bằng Tốt Nghiệp Trung Học Phổ Thông.
Students must have a minimum average of 7.5/10 and have passed five subjects, including the prerequisites, in their senior year. Note that requirements may be higher depending on the program of study chosen.
Prerequisite courses must be completed in the senior year, and a minimum score of 5/10 is required for these courses.
Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.

To show that your English proficiency is at the academic level required for university studies, provide proof of either:
