Program overview

The Society, Technology and Human Values program at Ontario Tech University offers an engaging exploration of the complex relationship between society, technology, and human values. Program structure

The Society, Technology and Human Values program is designed to be completed in four years of full-time study. The program is delivered in-class at Ontario Tech University, located in Downtown Oshawa. Students have the opportunity to engage in experiential learning through various options, including:

  • Experiential work term
  • Internship
  • Practicum
  • Co-op program

This direct-entry co-op option allows students to apply for full-time, paid positions directly through their Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) application. These co-op positions provide valuable work experience and a steady income stream throughout their studies, enhancing their career readiness upon graduation.
