Our English for Academic Purposes program is specifically designed to enhance students' English proficiency, preparing them for entry into degree programs in the UK, USA, or Canada. This course focuses on developing essential language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, speaking, writing, and mediation skills. By participating in this program, students will gain the academic and language skills necessary for success in their chosen higher education institution.
Program structure
The English for Academic Purposes program is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience over a period of 6, 12, or 16 weeks. During this time, students will engage in:
- 10 hours of live online classes per week
- 10 hours of guided self-study per week
- 1:1 tutorials available as needed
- Customised study plans tailored to individual needs
This program is designed to help students achieve significant improvements in their English language proficiency, with measurable outcomes such as:
- 6 weeks: 1 OIDI Level or 0.5 IELTS level increase
- 12 weeks: 2 OIDI Levels or 1.0 IELTS level increase
- 16 weeks: 3 OIDI Levels or 1.5 IELTS level increase
