Program Overview

The Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Management program at Niagara College is designed specifically for internationally trained nurses. This intensive program spans one year and awards an Ontario College Graduate Certificate upon completion. It focuses on enhancing leadership skills and the ability to manage various factors that influence healthcare at both organizational and system levels. This program is delivered at the Welland campus and is eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), allowing graduates to gain valuable Canadian work experience.
