Electricians are the skilled tradespeople who ensure power gets safely from the source to the people and places that need it. The Electrical: Construction program at NBCC prepares you for a rewarding career in this essential field. You'll gain expertise in the design, installation, and operation of electrical systems, following the Canadian Electrical Code and the National Building Code. This program equips you with fundamental wiring practices, pipe threading and bending techniques, and cable tray installation skills. Upon graduation, you will be ready to join the workforce as a registered apprentice in New Brunswick or other jurisdictions. If you have good hand-eye coordination, enjoy working with tools, and are physically fit, this program is the perfect outlet for your talents.
