For the Master of Science in Geology - Mineral Exploration (Accelerated) program, the following Academic Requirements apply:

Entrance to the M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration one-year option is restricted to geoscientists holding a B.Sc. Honours degree in the Earth Sciences.
A minimum B average is required for admission.
Students in this option are required to be full-time students.

For the M.Sc. in Geology - Thesis-based option (Full time):

Entrance requires a B.Sc. Honours degree with a minimum B average.
Note that students in this program cannot transfer into the Mineral Exploration one-year option.

For the M.Sc. in Geology - Applied Mineral Exploration (two-year option):

Entrance is restricted to geoscientists holding a B.Sc. Honours degree in the Earth Sciences.
A minimum B average is required, along with at least two years of industry or equivalent experience.
Students in this option may enroll part-time.

Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.
