ILSC’s Volunteer Experience - French program combines the study of French with practical volunteer work in a local non-profit organization in Montréal, Canada. This unique program allows students to enhance their French language skills while making a positive impact in the community. Participants will engage in a structured learning environment, followed by hands-on experience in areas they are passionate about, such as arts, tourism, the environment, or social support. Program structure

The Volunteer Experience - French program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning and volunteering experience. The program structure includes:

  • Program Length: 6-12 weeks of French study followed by 4-12 weeks of volunteer experience.
  • Schedule: Options for Full-Time Morning or Full-Time Intensive classes.
  • Start Dates: Every Monday, except the last week of a session.
  • French Level: Intermediate 3 is required for entry.

Students will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of French courses tailored to their interests and volunteer goals. The program emphasizes practical language use and cultural immersion, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their volunteer placements.
