Program overview

The Learn French Online program offered by ILSC is designed for students who wish to enhance their French communication skills from the comfort of their own home. This program is particularly beneficial for those preparing to attend Collège Greystone in Montreal, as it helps students meet the Quebec government French language requirements necessary for graduation. With a flexible schedule that accommodates various language levels, students can embark on their French learning journey at their own pace, ensuring a tailored educational experience.

Program structure

The Learn French Online program is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience with various options to suit different needs. The program offers three distinct schedules:

  • Elective Online: 6 lessons per week, totaling 5 hours.
  • Semi-Intensive Online: 18 lessons per week, totaling 15 hours.
  • Intensive Online: 24 lessons per week, totaling 20 hours.

Each schedule is designed to cater to different learning goals, whether students are looking for maximum flexibility or a more intensive study experience. The program length is flexible, with progression typically occurring every 4 weeks per ILSC level. Students can also choose to start their studies online and transition to an on-campus program at ILSC or Greystone College when they are ready. This structure ensures that students can progress at their own pace while receiving the support they need to succeed.
